Bada Studios LLC, doing business as BIEB, collects personal information to operate a platform that helps brands, creators, managers, agencies, and marketing teams structure and complete professional partnerships.

• We collect identifiers, contact information, profile information, professional information, campaign information, payment-related identifiers, and device/usage information.
• We use this information to provide, maintain, and improve BIEB, to process transactions, to communicate with users, to secure the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.
• We disclose personal information to service providers such as Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, and Netlify, and to other users where necessary to operate brand-creator campaigns.
• We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the BIEB website at shopbieb.com, the BIEB mobile application, and any related services, forms, communications, and offline interactions that reference this policy. It applies to visitors, brand users, creator users, talent representatives, agency users, and anyone who contacts BIEB.

Company information

BIEB is operated by Bada Studios LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as BIEB.

Personal information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you create an account, apply as a creator, complete a contact or early-access form, or communicate with us, you may provide identifiers and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, password, company, job title, and message content. Creators may also provide profile information such as a display name, handle, biography, content categories, social-media links, audience size, portfolio or media-kit links, and availability.

Campaign, transaction, and commercial information

When brands and creators use BIEB for campaigns, we collect information related to opportunities, offers, compensation, deliverables, deadlines, usage rights, exclusivity, product shipments, content submissions, approvals, and campaign performance. This may include commercial information such as clicks, discount-code usage, attributed orders, revenue, returns, and commissions where the technical setup supports it.

Payment and payout information

BIEB uses Stripe to process payments and creator payouts. We do not store full card numbers or bank account details on BIEB servers. We may store Stripe identifiers such as customer IDs, payment-method IDs, Connect account IDs, transaction IDs, and order metadata. For tax and compliance purposes, creators or brands may be asked to provide tax identification numbers or identity-verification documents, which are processed by Stripe or another verified provider.

Device, technical, and usage information

We and our service providers may collect device and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, push-notification tokens, crash logs, and information about how you interact with BIEB. We currently do not use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics pixels on the website; if that changes, we will update this policy and any required notice or consent mechanism.

Information from connected platforms

If you choose to authenticate using Sign in with Apple, Google, or another provider, we collect the information that provider shares with us, such as your name, email address, and a platform identifier. If BIEB later integrates with social or commerce platforms to import profile or product information, we will collect only what you authorize and disclose the practice separately.

Information from public sources

BIEB does not currently create creator profiles by scraping public social-media pages. Creator profile information is provided by creators or their representatives through the application process. If BIEB begins using public-source data, we will add a dedicated notice explaining the sources, categories, purposes, and opt-out or claim process.

How we use personal information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• To review creator applications, onboard brands, and coordinate campaign opportunities.
• To operate campaign workflows, including briefs, deliverables, approvals, payments, and measurement.
• To process payments, payouts, refunds, and tax-related recordkeeping.
• To send service communications, security alerts, and transactional messages.
• To send marketing communications where permitted and in accordance with your choices.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve BIEB’s products and services, including debugging, analytics, and product development.

How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only as needed to operate BIEB, with appropriate safeguards.

• Service providers. We disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, authentication, database, storage, payment processing, communications, analytics, security, and other services on our behalf. Current providers include Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, Netlify, and email-service providers.
• Brands, creators, representatives, and agencies. Campaign-related information is shared with the parties participating in a campaign, such as a brand, its agency, a creator, and the creator’s representative, to the extent necessary to operate the campaign.
• Payment and payout providers. Stripe receives payment and payout information needed to process transactions and onboard creators.
• Professional advisers and legal. We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and regulators as needed.
• Legal, safety, and enforcement. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BIEB, users, or others.
• Business transfers. If BIEB is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your direction or consent. We may share information when you request or authorize it.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Public profiles and user content

Parts of BIEB may display creator profiles, product content, and user-generated content to other users or the public. Information you post publicly may be visible to anyone who visits BIEB or uses the mobile app. You should not include sensitive personal information in public profiles or content. If BIEB offers public discovery of creator profiles, the specific public fields will be disclosed in the creator onboarding flow.

Brand-creator campaigns

BIEB is being built to help brands and creators structure and complete professional campaigns. Information shared in a campaign—such as briefs, deliverables, deadlines, rights, content submissions, and approval status—is shared among the campaign participants and BIEB as needed to operate the workflow. We do not share a brand’s customer information with a creator unless that sharing is operationally necessary, legally supportable, and disclosed to the parties involved.

Attribution, links, codes, and commerce data

Where BIEB provides creator links, discount codes, or other attribution tools, we may collect information about clicks, orders, revenue, returns, and commissions. The level of detail depends on the technical integration with the relevant commerce platform. We may receive aggregated or event-level data from brands or commerce providers. We use this information only for campaign measurement and creator compensation unless you agree otherwise. We do not promise perfect attribution.

Payments, payouts, and tax records

Payment processing and creator payouts are handled by Stripe. BIEB receives transaction identifiers, amounts, statuses, and metadata necessary to operate the platform and meet tax and accounting obligations. We may be required to retain tax records, including payer and payee information, for the periods required by law.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The BIEB marketing website uses only essential cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site and process Netlify Forms. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or web analytics services such as Google Analytics. If we add nonessential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and implement any required consent or opt-out mechanism before those technologies are activated.

Communications and marketing choices

We send service-related communications that are necessary to operate your account or complete a transaction. With your consent where required, we may also send marketing messages about BIEB. You can opt out of marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting privacy@biebapp.com. Even if you opt out of marketing, we will still send service-related messages.

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide BIEB, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of information and applicable legal requirements, such as tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it in accordance with our internal retention schedule.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and secure service-provider arrangements. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information.

Your privacy rights and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request, email privacy@biebapp.com with enough information to identify you and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California privacy notice

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may apply to you. BIEB currently collects, uses, and discloses the categories of personal information described in this policy for the purposes stated. We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may request access to or deletion of personal information, or correction of inaccurate personal information, by emailing privacy@biebapp.com. If we deny a request, we will explain why and provide information about any appeal process available at that time.

Children and age restrictions

BIEB is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Creator accounts, campaign participation, payment features, and commerce features are intended for adults 18 or older. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.

International users

BIEB is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access BIEB from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using BIEB, you consent to this transfer, storage, and processing under United States law.

Third-party services

BIEB may contain links to third-party websites, social platforms, or commerce sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. Their collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information.

Account controls and deletion

You may update certain account information through the BIEB mobile app or by contacting us. To request deletion of your account and personal information, email privacy@biebapp.com. We will delete or de-identify your information where possible, subject to legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and rights-license retention requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and revise the effective date at the top of the page. Your continued use of BIEB after the effective date of the revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
